Orange Co., N.C. Petitions - William Neill et. al.

The latest issue of "The Family Tree" contains a column on Ulster Roots which mentions some petitions concerning exemption from the tithe requirements by Scots residing on the Granville grants. These petitions have apparently been published in "Orange County Records, Volume VII, Granville Proprietary Land Office Miscellaneous Records" by William
D. Bennett. Has anyone checked a copy of this book for William Neill or his siblings or the Clintons?
