George and Sarah Neill + Paxton

George S. Neill was born 1813 in VA via 1850 census for Georgetown, Washington DC. Before 1837, he married Sarah Anne (??). She was born 1818 in MD via same census.
George died in DC 19 June 1858. I have a copy of his will showing that he owned several parcells of land in the DC area.
Issue that I have been able to piece together include:

Sarah R Neill born about 1837 in DC, married Robert E Gayle 27 June 1855, and died 24 May 1890.

M?? Neill, female born about 1839

Susan Neill, born about 1844. I believe she may have married a ?? Boynton, but I am not sure.

Leroy Neill, born about 1847

George Neill, born about 1850. He married a Mary ?? and had at least 2 children named Charles and Effie.

At the death of George, Sarah married John S Paxton 2 April 1861. They had 1 child together, Lewis Matthew Paxton born in 1864.

1900 census shows Sarah living with her last son, Louis Matthew Paxton and his wife (Ellen Delilia) Lydie Carroll Paxton. Sarah is listed in 1900 as being 81 years old, and the mother of 11 children, with 3 still living.
I was only able to find 5 children from her first marriage, but feel there must be more.

Can anyone help me out?? I do not know any of the grandparents either.
