Researchers through the years have discovered 3 principal branches of the Neff family: English, Swiss, and German.
The Neff Historical Society through its publication "Neff News" has assigned letters to designate each immigrant Neff family. In the case of my line, it has been assigned the letter "T". 50 years ago a book containing almost 900 names was compiled beginning with the original William & Mary of Haverhill, MA. This has been put into a PAF file which you many download at no cost. My motive is simply to bring the old information up to date.
