Sorry, Sammie, I checked all my Neeper men and I have none these married to a Jane or living in Arkansas. There are two branches of Neepers. My Neeper line originated in Lancaster County, PA while the other line originated in Cumberland (now Perry) County, PA.My line begins with James Neeper and the Cumberland line begins with Joseph Neeper. But both lines can trace these two men back to Antrim Co., Ireland.Joseph Neeper was married in the Carnmoney Presbyterian Church on Jan 11, 1732 and James Neeper was married in the same church on June 12, 1749.Joseph Neeper earliest American record was in 1763 and James Neeper earliest American record was in 1754.We have been unable to link these two branches together but its seen likely there is a connection. My source for the Cumberland branch is Leland L. Neeper. You might tried that branch. You should be able to go to www.rootsweb.com and try a search or check here on the Neeper Family Genealogy Forum for descendants of Joseph Neeper.
Good Luck in your Quest.
Robert
