I recently viewed these records in Ross County. I had trouble reading his name, due to the penmenship. I could not locate anything solid. I have begun to wonder if maybe the spelling is Wagner. I am going too try and follow up on that possibility. If you find out any information, please let me know. If I find out anything I will be certain to advise you. Also during this research, I cam across a Fene Nebergall married to an Archibald Crawford. They were married on July 21, 1833. I have no info on them. If you have any info or suggestions, I would appreciate it.
