I've heard of the "Nebeker Book". Does it contain photographs of the original documents? I have some genealogy that takes me back to Bavaria, and am aware of the debate about Bavaria vs Baselland (even even France). I speak German, lived in Switzerland and can read the old script fairly well so I'm looking for as many original documents as I can find so I can (at least for myself) put the issue to rest one way or the other.

As I'm a complete newbie to genealogy, I'm not sure where to start to try and get copies of original documents. I suppose I'll start with my grandfather's records and work back from there.

Thanks for any advice.

Doug Nebeker (-> Cliff Nebeker -> David Ashton Nebeker... and can't remember off the top of my head beyond that)
