I got a copy of Charles Sr. will which was produced in Court on Aug. 3, 1829 stating that the said Charles Nealis was deceased. I also have the will of his son, Charles, who stated that he was Charles Sr. of Sr. I assume this was to avoid confusion with James's Charles. Charles Sr. of Sr. will was produced in Court on May 27, 1866. I am now in the state of mind that the Charles Nealis that married Mary (Polly) Morgan was Charles Sr. of Sr. and not the one that married Martha Morrison. Please help if you are decended from this Charles as it is driving me absolutely NUTS!!! Notify Administrator about this message?
