Sorry, I have nothing that early. The DAR has a record copy # 700339 for Mrs. Sally Jo Foster for a Revolutionary War ancestor, William Neill/Neal which lists his children.
This william Neill b. ca 1731 in Chester Co., PA was m. to Mary Clinton on 3 May 1750 in Chester Co., PA also. They had thirteen children, one of them being Galbraith Falls Neill, b. 25 June 1770.
As proof for her lineage, Sally Jo Foster cites an earlier DAR record copy, #758487 for William Neal from NC.
I suggest you check out PA for your ancestor.
