I have not been able to get any further than William NEALE. He married Harriet WATTS 05 AUG 1816 (Spitalfields, Middlesex)(according to IGI infor.
I have as their decendants:
child 1 - William Charles (b 1817 Shoreditch) who married Ann Lawrence in 1842. Some of their children may have been: Harriet Ann (C 1842); William Henry (1844); Rosetta (C 1847); Edward Thomas (C 1849) and Catherine (1859)
Child 2 - Edward Thomas (b 1820 Shoreditch)
Child 3 - Henry (b. 1821 Shoreditch) possible 1st spouse: Martha Brunker but later married Elizabeth Ricketts
Child 4 - James (b 1828 Shoreditch)
If you think that you have any connections, please let me know. I am descended from Henry Neale & Elizabeth Ricketts.
