Calvin/Colven NEALE ca 1774? to 1820?

I have an ancestor who is Calvin NEEL/NEAL/et.al. and I am trying to find more information about him. What I know is that his signature is on the Petition for formation of Tazewell County VA in 1795 and that his wife's name was Nancy. He is found in court records as a witness or jurist in 1801 and 1807 and he is in the Tazewell Co Tax lists in 1801, 1807-10, and 1815-1819. He had at least one son who was James Peery NEEL (b. April 1810 - d. 1880). From a footnote reference in a Tazewell Co. book, he was in Russell Co. in 1806. I found one item in the 1820 Census for Tazewell Co. which had a listing for a Co?n ? NEAL who had a male child under 10, one 18-26 and one male over 46 as well as three females under 10, two females 10-16 and one female over 46.

This may or may not be Colven/Calvin NEAL.

I am trying to determine who might be the other children of Calvin/Colven NEAL and if his wife Nancy's surname was PEERY. If anyone can help me with more information about this Calvin NEEL/NEAL it would be much appreciated.
