Elinor/Elleanor Neal/Neel/Nail

I am searching desperately for any information on Elinor Neal. She was first seen in Orange County on the 1810 census as E. Neel and then 1820 as Elinor Neal. She is also on the 1830 and 1840 census. She was born around 1770. She was the head of household when she moved to Orange County. The only males in 1800 that could have been her husband and died don't match up with the children living in the household. I believe Elinor moved to Orange from somewhere else. Possible TN or PA. I do believe she was somehow related to the Henry and Martha Neal living in Orange County. Henry parentage was from PA and some uncles lived in TN.

Elinor's known children or Riley Neal and possible John Neal both of Orange County. She did have 4 daughters as well, but not sure what their names are. I can find no more info on Elinor. No land records or court records etc. I am trying to find out if the third boy she had living in her household in 1820 and 1830 is my ancestor Thomas Jefferson Neal. He would have been born after she moved to Orange County, so I am not sure if this was an illegitimate son or a son of one of the daughters. ANY INFORMATION WOULD BE APPRECIATED.
