Is this the same Dr. Charles Bennington Neace that died August 13, 1928 in Oran, Cape Girardeau County, Missouri, USA? He was born April 8, 1875 in Grand Tower, Jackson County, Illinois, USA, the son of Chris Well Neace and Sarah Ann Roberts. Dr. Neace was married to Elizabeth "Lizzie" Charleville and they had two children: Rudolph and Mabel. He lived a portion of his life in Arkansas.
