Oh My goodness! I have seen the grave of Ibbie Neace, (twin) sister Deliah Neace? My Mom's side of the family, Watts, have a family grave site just outside of Jackson Kentucky (Lost creek, KY, Breathitt County), it is a Neace/Watts graveyard. Ibbie Neace is burried there and i know that she is connected to "Rail Jake" from info that my mom's cousin has dug up. I'm not the expert on all of the conections, but Ibbie does exist! ...we COULD be related.
