Yes, Jacob B. Neace is the one nicknamed "Rail Jake". And he was the son of Jacob and Mary Polly Francis. He married Polly Akemon. I saw in the Neace Book that ""Rail Jake's" daughter Ibbie married Monroe Combs. It lists 4 children and 6 grandchildren for that couple. Proper name for Ibbie may be Elizabeth. I can't rule out that possibility as both Elizabeth and Ibbie are listed next to each other married to the same man. You may find Elizabeth listed as Betty also. I've seen that.
