Hi, Barbara. Daniel Heaton is buried in the Waco Cemetery, which is located in the town of Waco. His stone shows he died on 8 Sep 1892. It does not show his birth date, but we have calculated it to be 21 July 1817, based on his age at death (75 years, 1 month, 18 days).

Daniel and Samuel Adam Heaton on on lot 15; Daniel is in space A, and Samuel is in space C. There are also three Heaton's buried in lot 76 at Waco Cemetery -- Martha E. (Middleton) Heaton is in space A, Robert H. Heaton is in space B. Mary Middleton is in space C, next to Robert.

I've already culled all the 1892 death notices and obits, and did find two for Daniel -- although they have minimal information. http://www.rootsweb.com/~neyork/obits/h1.html

You'll see on that same page a listing for a child of George Heaton that die died in 1879. I haven't been able to locate a burial site for him yet, but hope to find him before we finish compiling our death index. If you know how George ties in with the other Heaton's in York County, I'd be very interested in knowing that as it could be helpful in locating this child's burial place.

Good luck with your research.

Nancy
