Debbie,
While I do not have a obit or death notice for Harriet E. Howard-Rowe. She was married to John G. Rowe who died in Davenport Iowa in 23 aug 1870. She had 12 children one of which was William Albert Rowe which married my gg aunt Angelina Helen Hitt.I do have more data on the Rowe family. No data on thr ancestors of Harriet E. Howard.
