Hi;
My family come from Sherman Co. I happen to have a book on the history of Sherman Co. and it lists a Henry Herchenroeder.
It mentions that the Trinity Evangelical Lutheran,Germantown was organized Aug 6,1883 with nine members and Henry was numbar 2.
This was in Hazard Township.
That is all that mentions Henry, there is another book on Sherman Co, which I am trying to get.
Write to Randy & Jeri, they have something to do with Sherman Co. e-mail is
randyjones@cornhusker,net See if they might be able to help you out.
Happy Hunting.
MJ
