William Smallwood found in Lead City, Nebraska; Lawrence County;now Nuckolls County....1880 Living in a boarding house owned by Mr. Abt...William was a cattle hearder (cowboy). William was single / not married on this 1880 u.s.census. He had children with Maryann Blake-Smallwood..probably divorced by 1880. she remarried to a Charles M. Foust...one child; Thomas Monroe Foust.
Maryann and William's children; were; Emma Emily, Rosella,
Caleb, Granville, William R. (Rosella was my GGrandmother.)
