Phebe Alice (Daly) Seeley - Obituary 7/7/51
Mrs. Phebe Alice Seeley, 705 So. Chestnut, North Platte, died at the age of 65 Saturday in a hospital at North Platte, after a prolonged illness.Mrs. Seeley was hospitalized two weeks ago.
A resident of North Platte for many years, she was born February 2, 1886, at Elba Nebr.
Surviving are her husband, Mr. Charles H Seeley of North Platte; one daughter, Mrs. Louis Frager of North Platte; three sons, Ray R. and Charles D. of Walla Walla, Wash.; and Lloyd R. of North Platte; eight grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Bertha Butler of Yakima, Wash.; and four brothers, John Daly of Denver; Ross and George Daly of Sheridan, Wyo.; and Paul Daly of Billings, Mont.
In 1950 Mrs. Seeley was presented the "Good Neighbor" award.She was amember of the First Christian church.
Mr. and Mrs. Charles Seeley were McPherson County residents until they moved to North Platte to make their home.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Seeley were held Tuesday at the chapel of the Maloney, Cox, and Kuhns Funeral Home at 2:30pm.
Pallbearers were Ed Daly, Cecil Goodwin, Walter Daly, Lester Patton, Cloyd Moore, and Don Blaesi.
