This isnt much help but the 1910 census in dawes county,chadron shows an emma shipley,divorced,age 29,4 children born,2 living.Hazed,daughter,age 6.I dont know where the other child is.I didnt see a laura in the census.If she was living with someone with the same last name then she wouldnt be in the index,only the head of the household.
