I'm sorry I don't have the address, but Fairbury is a small town with a nice square in the center of town, the Courthouse sits on this square. I'm sure if you send something to Vital Statistics in Fairbury they might have something. You might also try Vital Statistics in Lincoln. Lincoln keeps all of these records for the whole state. I had forgotten about that before. Last summer I was there and was able to copies of death, birth and marriage records while I waited. I don't remember the cost, but I think it was around $8 for each. Good luck.
