I looked at the record for "Scecti" (Female) and it does look like "Scecti" (the census taker makes an "L" very differently). There is a John Brust (age 20) listed as a brother (single). Both Phillip and Scecti are listed as having a sickness or disbility at the time. I can't make out Phillip's and all I can make out of Scecti's is Heart ---?. Scecti may make sense as a diminutive or nickname for Lucetta (Cetti) and the census taker did their best to reproduce the name.

Good hunting, Frank
