I am looking for a family researching William A Poindexter who married Annie A. Chapman at Florance City (the brides parents) Missoula County according to the laws of the territory of Montana on the 24th day of March in the year of AD 1889. by the justice of the peace.
I also have the marriage license of Annie Poindexter (widow) whose residence is Victor Montana whose age is 48 years. Born at Lebanon, County of Lincoln and State of Missouri, and who has been previously married now widow. Her father's christian and surname was Nelson M. Chapman. Her mother's christian and maiden name was Margaret Furman to Henry Mc Vey a man whose color is white; whose residence is Victor Montana; whose age is 51 years. Born county of Richardson and State of Nebraska and who has been previously married now widower. His father's christian and surname was Ruben McVey. His mother's christian and maiden name was Mary Hansberry. Marriage license is dated 22nd day of November 1920. Also have marriage certificate dated 22 November 1920.
Final document is agreement between Henry's heirs (list of heirs) and also Sidney McVey estate and Anna McVey for monies owed Anna which is dated 11th day of May 1942.
