James Flint/Charlotte Trollope

I am looking for information on James Flint and to verify the information that I have at this time.

He was born in Derbeyshire, England (according to reports) on March 2, 1845. I did look at Wirkworth Parish Derbeyshire census records and could only find one James Flint who was born around that time period. I found him in 1851 census with his parents being Samuel and Mary Flint. They lived in Bolehill and James was about 7 years old.

In the 1861 census, he was 18 and a lead miner. In the 1871 census- I found his parents and siblings but not him. I know that he must have met up with Charlotte right after the 1861 census because their first child, Frederick was born about 1863(The 1880 census for Box Butte, Saline County, Nebraska states that he was 17. His siblings who were born in England were J.George age 15, Rachel age 13, Anna age 10, and Rosa age 8.

James and Charlotte's last three children: Walter age 5 born in Illinois, Lucy age 2 born Nebraska. Arthur L was not born yet at the time of this 1880 census.

Can anyone help me verify any of this info? Charlotte was born in Sleaford, Heckington, Lincoln(shire?), England.

Thank you so much!
Laura Petersen
