I posted the following on the Kingsley family forum and was advised to place it here also.
I have a Whitcomb family Bible given to my great grandfather William Anson Whitcomb by his wife, Helen Mary Winslow Whitcomb.
It lists as Helen Mary's mother, Elmina Kingsley, b. January 10, 1812, married to Elhanen Spencer Winslow, born January 27, 1808. According
to her obituary, which is pasted in the Bible, her birthdate was Jan 11, 1812, Pittsford, VT. She married Elhanen Winslow on March 8, 1833.
They moved to Newton, to a farm just south of town in 1855. She went to live with her daughter, Mrs. J.M. Stone a few years before her death.
She died at Ord, Nebraska, April 5, 1895. Elhanan died in Newton in 1877. Elmina's obituary was apparently from the Newton Times.
Her obituary states that she is the daughter of Joshua and Lucy Robinson-Kingsley.
It lists as her 6 children, living at the time of her death (of 10 born)

Mary E. Winslow--married to William Anson Whitcomb (my great grandmother and great grandfather. Mary's real name is listed as Helen Mary
Winslow, but my grandmother (Delia) said she also went by Mary E., Mame, and May.
William Anson Whitcomb (Jr.), b. March 6, 1854 and Helen Mary Winslow, b. July 17, 1855, were the parents of:
Vivian Alice Whitcomb, May 15th, 1878
Ralph Elbert Whitcomb (my grandfather) and
Roy Albert Whitcomb, fraternal twins, b. Feb 15, 1880
Helen Grace Whitcomb, b. Mar 20, 1881
Norman Ernest Whitcomb, b. Sept 22, 1883
Mary B Whitcomb, b. Jan 7, 1886
William Arthur Whitcomb, b. Aug 13, 1887
My paternal grandfather Ralph Whitcomb married Delia Adeleine Beebe, b. Mar 3, 1893 on Aug 3, 1911, in Tacoma, WA.
Their children are:
Vivette Aletha Whitcomb, b. May 19, 1912
Faith Allison Whitcomb, b. Feb 5, 1915
Duane Allan Whitcomb, b. Nov 10, 1916 (my father)
Ralph Ernest Whitcomb, b. Sept 18, 1921
I'm Jean Whitcomb, Seattle, WA, the oldest of 6 children.
