Nothing that I'm aware of, some of the Co.s have some put up if you know which Co. they married in.

It appears Rosy died before 1900 as her mother claims on the 1900 and 1910 census that she had 3 children and 1 living and that son was b. in NE. in 1885 and still at home on both census.

It can get real tough when a french person gives the census taker info, last name got slaughtered big time in 1870 through 1910.

There was a Charles C. Russel b. in NY. and age 13 in 1880 Richardson Co. NE., good chance he is your man.

What else besides a marriage or death record that would help you?
