Pawnee City historical resources

I am interested in traveling to Pawnee City, Nebraska, to find the graves and to try to find records of my great-great-grandfather and his family who settled in Pawnee City beginning in 1857. My great-great-grandfather was Isaiah Sullivan, who came to Nebraska from Indiana with his brother Uriah, and Garrett Pangburn, who was married to Isaiah and Uriah's sister, Mahela. By 1860, their mother Margaret, born in 1797, had joined them in Pawnee City. Uriah fought in the US Civil War, and I believe he died and is buried in the Pawnee City. I also believe that Margaret Sullivan would have to be buried in Pawnee City. I haven't been able to find any old cemetery records from Pawnee City on the web and wonder whether anyone knows where the oldest graves in the area are?
