I ran across this article in an old Weld Co, CO newspaper and I thought someone might be interested.

DIED
SAYERS--In Greeley, Saturday night, Sept. 18, 1891, at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. L. W. Munger, Dr. A.D. Sayers of paralysis.
Doctor Sayers is the father of Mrs. Munger, and came to Greeley last June from Adams, Gage county, Neb., in search of health, also to visit his daughter. The trip to Colorado benefited him greatly but his age (near 72 years) was against him, and the cause of his death showed that nature had reached its limit. The funeral took place from the Methodist Episcopal church Monday afternoon, Rev. W. C. Madison officiating.
