I am searching for information and photographs of my great-grandfather John L. Goff (Jonathan Leech), who was born 27 October 1857, Smyth County, Virginia, and died 9 October, 1911, Osmond, Pierce County, Nebraska. He was the son of Samuel A. Goff. John married Katherine (Kitty) Emeline Alice Pritchett, born 1 June 1860, Smyth County, Virginia, and died 1 June 1936. Both are buried in Prospect View, Pierce, Pierce, Nebraska. I am also looking for descendants of John and Katherine. Their children were John Blair, Icie (Isa), George, Lulu V. Edgar Scot, Francis Marion, Susie M., Frances A., Walter F., and Allen E. I am especially interested in securing a photograph of John L. Goff for use in memoirs left by my father. You may contact me at goffjames@cableone.net.
