Any info on Sarah Pohleumns?

I have no information on whose parents she was born to. All I have is that:
according to the census, she was born about 1821 in Pennsylvania and she was married to Thomas Elihu Wilson.
So, I was able to get her whole family from the census and it was same as the paperwork that was passed down from my grandparents and unfortunately they passed away, so I can't ask them abou Sarah.

She was like my sixth generation great grandma. She was passed away in Nebraska on Nov 1894.

Help me please if anyone has info on Sarah's parents to match her up, according to her husband's name.
