I am looking for information that maybe helpful in my search of the birth parents of Virginia Opal Middleton. The information that I have so far is below:

Virginia Opal MIDDLETON
b. 07-12-1909 Kearny Nebraska
d. 02-14-1985
m. Herman Clayton Franke (b. 05-22-1910 d. 09-07-1977)

Virginia Opal MIDDLETON (adopted parent’s information)

James Albert MIDDLETON
b. Aug 1876
d. June 1957

Virginia HOLIDAY
b. May 1876
d. Nov 1953

This is what I know:

Virginia Opal Middleton’s birth parent’s names are Mister CARTER and MISS BRECKENRIDGE. Virginia has a brother named Stanton CARTER and a sister name Myrtle CARTER.

It is to my understanding that the CARTER family was in Colorado at some time and has a connection with Carter Lake and maybe the gold rush.

Any information is helpful and I am totally grateful. Thanks in advance for anyone’s help.
