Margaret Kasparie, 79, died Monday morning.
Funeral at St John's Lutheran Church, Palmer. Greenway-Nicholas Funeral Home. Burial in Rose Hill Cemetery.
Born July 8, 1881, in Bosentine Pommern, Germany to Augusta and Ludwig Zuehlke. Came to US with parents while a child and settled in Grand Island area.
June 14, 1903, married to John Kasparie. Moved to Palmer in 1910. Lifelong member of St. John's Lutheran Church.
Survived by one daughter, Mrs. Amelia Horst, Palmer; one sister, Mrs. Amelia Groesch, one brother Louis Zuehlke, both of Grand Island, two grandchildren.
Preceded in death by husband, two sons, one daughter, five sisters and three brothers.
