Another candidate for "your" Helen was suggested here, on Ancestry Message Boards:

The candidate married Francis Lee Smith b 1914 and they are buried in King County, Washington. Here's a Francis Smith who lived in Omaha and then moved to Washington:

1940
Walla Walla, Walla Walla, Washington
Paul Smith 27
Francis Smith 25, brother, single, born about 1915
Joseph Smith 19
Residence in 1935: Omaha, Nebraska (a question on the 1940 census)

I haven't found Helen Harding in the 1940 census (free and searchable by anyone on Ancestry.com). I suppose her name could be disgused if she is in a first marriage.
