I am reposting the info from the 1895 IA State Census for Story Co Washington Ameria
Talbott Lennox 33 born IL
Kittie Lennox 25 born Marshall Co IA
Frederick Lennox 5 born Marshall Co IA
Gertrude Lennox 3 born Marshall Co IA
Also
1898 Directory for Story Co IA shows the following:
T. LENNOX -- -- -- -- Ames Town Ames

If they were in Greeley Co, NE, they must have been there a very short amount of time. I think I would do some looking in IA, as well. Good luck in your search.
