I just acquired the obituary for JOHN MARTIN CHAMBERS from Friends of Wymore Library. Are there any ancestors out there? I'd love to hear from you. JOHN was a brother to my g grandmother, REBECCA ANNIE (CHAMBERS) CRABB.

Wymore Arbor State; Aug. 2, 1935
Wymore, Nebraska

JOHN M. CHAMBERS was born in Greene County, Iowa, April 22, 1870, and departed this life at his home in Wymore, July 23, 1935, at the age of 65 years, three months and one day.

He came with his parents to Nebraska, settling on a farm near Eustis. There he grew to manhood, and on the 23d day of April, 1892, was united in marriage to Miss Ollie E. Osborn.

To this union three children were born, Mrs. W.R. Wake, W.M. and James M. Chambers all of Wymore.

He leaves to mourn his passing his wife, three children, six grandchildren, besides other relatives and a host of friends.

In his earlier years Mr. Chambers united with the Christian Church and remained in that faith until the end.

Funeral services were held from the Church of Christ at Wymore on Thursday afternoon at 2:30, July 25, conducted by E.E. Powell assisted by Rev. Myers, the pastor and the body was laid to rest in Wymore Cemetery.
