I have been searching for the birthplace of my grandfather, born 7/22/1890. His name was Felix Oscar Luschei, but he changed it to "Luscher" at one point in time. His parents were Oscar Louis Luschei and Antonia Zimmerman, birthplace and dates unknown. I found an old envelope with his name and Fillmore County written on it and I'm wondering if this is the clue that has evaded me for so long. Is there anyone who can help me?
