Name of 1930s cafeteria in Omaha, Nebraska

My grandmother worked at a cafeteria in downtown Omaha. I would love to find out the name and where it was located. It was not Bishops; I think it the cafeteria had only letters in the name....W, or maybe M....

Grandma use to tell stories of the older ladies taking her under their wing, teaching her how to make salads and deserts, so that she could keep a job.

Where would I look for a list of old cafeterias in Omaha?
