If I knew the names of some of the other husbands I might be able to narrow it down some.She may have married using the previous husbands last name instead of her maiden name.Also you said you were born in Aug 1969-no day? I looked at all of aug 1969 births here and council bluffs and don't see anything close.There was a baby girl born in CB to a James & Judy Holder around 6 Aug 1969.Also a Larry Peterson married a Judy Ann Plak abt 14 Dec 1966.--willie
