My wife is Margot Keppenhahn her family name is very unusual (4 in German phone book) I found a Ludwig(ch) Keppenhahn in US 1900 census living at 12 Oak street in Omaha NE , AGE IS (WAS) 75 (BORN 1825) ARRIVED IN usa 1874 he is listed as Father of "Head of Houshold" I have been unable to find any farther trace of Ludwig i.e who is his daughter (head of houshold) and did he move on and since he is not in 1910 census did he die and where ,any help appreciated ///Tom Marshall(our tree is on line)
