R.E. Davis

I'm trying to find information pertaining to my grandfather, Raymond Ewing Davis, Sr.

Information I have is as follows:
R.E. Davis was born Abt. 1883 in Indianapolis, Indiana. I have a few old photos, but I'm not positive that they are of my grandfather when he was a boy or not. But it sure looks like it possibly could have been he, his brother[s], sister & parents. None of the photos were labled.

When he was a young adult in the early 1900's, he worked for the Dodge Brother's Automotive Company. Eventually, he became a partner to a Mr. O'Brien, and they sold Dodge Brother's Automotives. They had several branches of the company, one being in Omaha, Nebraska. I would like to know more about Mr. O'Brien & the company.

In August 1913, he married Nancy Roher Cunningham, daughter of William Cullen & Unknown [Roher] Cunningham. Nancy [Roher] Cunningham was an accomplished pianist in her own right.

Raymond E. Davis, died Abt. 1844 in California, and was survived by his wife, Nancy [Cunningham] Davis and their two sons, Raymond Ewing Davis, Jr., & Thomas Davis.

Should anything sound familiar, please feel free to contact me. Thank you for your assistance.

Angl
