Susan, as you were there at the cemetery, did you see the sign above one of the drives? I took that picture this summer when I was there and that is the one posted on the Dixon, NE web site. The cemetery was always known as Concord Cemetery to the best of my knowledge. However, at one time, others may have known it by another name before my awareness. If I find out differently, I'll post it on this site. As it was and is a farming community, the cemetery could have started as a family cemetery, known by the family's name. I've got family buried there who came over in 1885. I think the earliest deaths were in 1904 (my great, grandfather - John Belle Lisle). I hope I've answered your question.
