Wesley Bruce/Bruce Family Records

In the latter part of Jan 1950 Gladys Mary Bruce-Liptrap visited her brother Charles Wesley Bruce that lived at the time in the state of Washington (possibly Spokane), he later moved to the Broken Bow, Neb area in Custer County where he died in 1991. His wife was Lulu Irene Matney-Bruce that died Jan 5, 1979 in the Broken Bow, Neb area in Custer county.
He showed Gladys the Bruce Family History Records that Aunt Sena had kept all through the years and she had left them to him. She had traced their Bruce name back to King Robert Bruce.
We don't know if Sena was either the sister or aunt of Thomas Gilford/Gilbert Bruce that had been born in New York and had moved to Neb. where he married his wife Cordelia Amanda Morse-Bruce that was also born in New York and moved to Neb. Gladys always referred to her as Aunt Sena. Thomas and Cordelia were the parents of Charles Wesley Bruce and Gladys Mary Bruce-Liptrap.
If anyone has any info on this Bruce Family History Records or Charles Wesley Bruce you can contact me at: ALL@todays-tech.com
Thank You, Lucille
