Thanks for trying to help, but it's not the right one - I didn't think to include years! I'm not completely sure when he was born (possibly mid-1800's) or when he died (early 1900's), but I do know George's wife, Ella Frazier, died in or around 1899. They were living in Kansas, Jewell County, around 1895, as that is when and where my great-grandfather, Charles, was born.

As for the Cecil Stewart in Adams County, I know he is probably not a relation. I live in Adams County, which is about 5-6 hours from Box Butte, but my grandparents moved here from Crawford in 1966.
