I am in search of any information concerning a James Evan who was born in England in 1833. He married a lady by the name of Emma (or Emna). They had at least 4 children, one of which was born in 1866 in England. The other 3 were born in Canada (David, Arthur, Chas). James and his family emigrated from England sometime between 1866 and 1871. sometime around 1878 they immigrated to the USA. I believe that James farmed around the Oakdale area. I am hoping to find out where in England James was born, when and where he and Emma were married and the names of James' parents. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
