Charles Roseleaf
Charles E. Roseleaf, 79, of the Wayfair Motel, 101 East J St., died Friday, May 12, 1989, at St. Joseph Hospital in Omaha from injuries suffered in a car accident at Plattsmouth.
Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Butler-Volland Funeral Home chapel with Dr. Robert M. Mays officiating. A private burial will be at Parkview Cemetery.
Mr. Roseleaf was born March 17, 1910, in Moulton, Iowa. He had been a resident of Hastings for 23 years. He was a retired engineer from International Harvester.
A member of First Presbyterian Church and the Eagles Club, he was married to Grace Roseleaf.
Survivors are two daughters, Darlene Roseleaf and Betty Lee Anderson, both of Bettendorf, Iowa: two sisters, Elmira Morrison of Bettendorf and Mabel Snider of Iowa City, Iowa; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to the Nebraska Wildlife Fund.

ROSELEAF WEDNESDAY AT 11 A.M. ROSELEAF, Charles E., of the Wayfair Motel passed away Friday, May 12, 1989, in St. Joseph Hospital at Omaha, 79 years old. Grace Roseleaf
Grace L. Roseleaf, 89, died Friday, May 12, 1989, from injuries suffered in a car accident in Plattsmouth.

Mrs. Roseleaf was born March 31, 1903, in Clarksville, Iowa. She graduated from high school in Clarksville. She attended the Iowa state teachers college in Cedar Falls for four years and was a school teacher in several rural Iowa school and in Clarksville.
She moved to Hastings in 1957 and became the owner and operator of the Wayfair Motel. She was married to Charles Roseleaf. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Hastings and the Order of Eastern Star.
Survivors are one son, Lew Hesalroad of Hastings; one brother, Reid Hamilton of cedar Creek; and two granddaughters.
Memorials may be given to the Nebraska Wildlife Fund.

Lew W. Hesalroad, 66, of 101 E. "J" Street, died Monday, September 17, 2001 at his home.
Memorial services will be Thursday, September 20, 2001; 11:00 A.M. at Butler-Volland Chapel with Rev. Eduardo Garcia & Rev. Matt Nieman officiating. Interment with military rites will be in Parkview Cemetery, Hastings, Nebraska.
Lew W. Hesalroad was born January 13, 1935 in Waverly, Iowa to Paul & Grace (Hamilton) Hesalroad. He served in the United States Marine during the Korean War from March 1, 1952 til February 28, 1955. On June 26, 1955, he married Wanda Dralle and she preceded her in death on September 5, 1988. In 1993, he married Esperanza Camerena. He was the owner of Wayfair Motel and a member of V.F. W.
Lew W. Hesalroad was preceded in death by his parents and 1st wife, Wanda Hesalroad.
Survivors include,
