Thedore Tuffli ND Chicago, NH, and MA
Posted by: Barbara Nelson (ID *****7175) Date: September 01, 2013 at 06:37:50

My uncle Ted M Tuffli, son of Hans Tuffli who was born in Switzerland, and Katy Joos born in Wi was born in ND Sept 1901 and died in Saugus MA Oct 25 1988.
At time of his death he was married to Helen (Bradley) Tuffli, and they lived in "Little" Nahant MA.

We were always told that prior to Helen and Ted marrying(April 16 1949) Ted had had a short lived marriage. None of us could find any inf to support this, but recently I think I may have, and need this checked out by someone that knew Ted and or his Hazel Hendersen Davis(1st wife?_)

Hazel Hendersen Davis was born in New Brunswick Canada(Manchto?) about 1910. Her parents were Roland Clark and Ann Hendersen. Don't know if she had sibblings. Hazel and Ted M Tuffli whose parents here were Hans Tuffli and Katy Yoos(as opposed to Joos). They married in Seabrook(Rockingham Co)NH June 22 1941. Ted was 43 which make him the right age to be my uncle.

If anyone can help with here, I'd very much appreciate it
You may e-mail me if you prefer at barb19401@verizon.net.

I do think that Ted had worked in Chicago as a Photographer in 1930's, but not sure this is my uncle. He was living with a woman named Theresa O'Connell then. But as far as I know never married her.

Thank you so very much, and sorry to be so long winded.
I'd like to learn all I can about Hazel, her parents, and any sibblings she may have had.

Barbara
