This is from the WW1 database . I think you have mixed up what is being said . You are looking for a "Forman J Osborn" , I have found a "Freeman J. Osborn" , right place , right father , etc . Someone transcribing a census or writing down the first name has made a mistake . I actually saw the picture opf the WW1 entry so... . I am adoption search angel and I see these mistakes all the time . Most often people did not like their first names so their just changed them and in the era of not having much in the way of I.D. , this was a simple process > just start signing your name using your new name . I really think this is your man and this is why you can not finfd "Forman Osborn"
