Born: June 11, 1912 in Grand Forks, North Dakota.
Died: Friday, March 14, 2008, with his family around him.
Parents: OLIVE MAE HILLEN ACOMB & ALBERT ROBERT ACOMB.
Married: 1940 to FREDERICKA (FRITZIE) HARPER SMITH, who
preceded him in death.
Military Service: WW II US Army artillery in the Pacific;
served as an Army Reserve officer until he retired
in 1967 with the rank of colonel.
Brother: BYRON, also predeceased him.
I am a Seattle WA resident, no connection with this family.
