Here are some other previous locations for Martin Family.

I found Samuel and his wife Rebecca along with his children, Amanda and Elizabeth and his father John Jones, on the 1860 Census Carmel, Eaton Co, MI

In 1875 I found the Jones and Mitchell family in Burnside, Goodhue Co, MN

Sammy Jones was listed on the 1890 Veterans listing for McHenry Co.

Prior to North Dakota I found Martin Rosencrans in Dingmans Ferry, Pike Co, PA on the 1860 Census.

On the 1875 MN Census, I found Martin Rosencrans and his family on the Traverse Co, MN page 33 of Dist 2. On line #20 on the same page, is one of his daughters now married Ila A and Hobart Howe along with their son, Martin and daughter Emma.

On Line #9 same page is another of Martin's daughters newly married, age 15 to a Frank Hill and their small child is named Martin

I think these line up nicely with the 1900 census
