Hi Veronica,
I think perhaps we are related....My great-grandfather was Maxium Gonion, my grandfather was Leo Gonion and my father(still alive, 85yrs.) is Leon Gonion. Maxium's wife was Elizabeth Turcott but family records list the mother of the two yougest children (including Leo) as Anna Katuama.
There is some confusion as to who Anna and Elizabeth were and if they were perhaps the same person. I've always wondered who my great-grandmother really was. We have some old pictures and lots of passed-down history and would be glad to share information w/ you.
